This year I originated an idea for some workplace posters that would help to educate employees, improve workplace culture and reduce the risk of Mental Health challenges. 

 

I could see in my mind what I wanted and wrote the content.  Then I went looking for a designer to produce the finished art for my posters.  After 5 different consultants, I was back where I started.  These professionals were not hearing what I was seeking to communicate and the designs were nothing like I envisaged.
